With a Master’s degree in Social Work specializing in Human Resource Management and a background in commerce and performing arts, Manish brings a unique interdisciplinary perspective to his research and writing. He has held roles as a counselor, NGO secretary, and community leader, demonstrating his commitment to social impact and grassroots development. His work bridges academic insight with practical relevance, offering valuable perspectives for students, researchers, and practitioners alike.
Prof. (Dr.) Enid Masih is a distinguished academic, researcher, and educator with over two decades of experience in management and human resource studies. She currently serves as Professor and Head of the Department of Business Studies at SHUATS, Prayagraj.
